Product Overview: A Thick Hot Melt Film for Tough Bonds
Our TPU Color Film is a thicker version of our medium-transparency hot-melt film. The nominal thickness is 0.018 mm, while the actual thickness ranges from 0.016 to 0.020 mm. This grade is designed for applications that require strong bonding performance, such as industrial workwear that must withstand repeated washing, or outdoor gear that is exposed to frequent friction and stress.
This TPU Color Film features a medium-transparency matte PH finish. It offers good breathability, allowing the wearer to stay comfortable without a stuffy or "闷" feeling. The film allows moisture vapor to escape while still providing reliable waterproof protection against rain.

The main advantage of our TPU Color Film is that it requires no drying time. The process is simple: place the film, apply heat and pressure, and allow it to cool and bond. The entire process takes only a few seconds, making it significantly more efficient than liquid adhesive systems.
In addition, there are no solvents involved, so there are no unpleasant odors in the production environment. This improves working conditions and operator comfort.
Our hot-melt adhesive is based on polyurethane, which offers excellent washing durability. The bond remains stable even after 50 wash cycles without delamination.
