Product Overview: A Thick White Film for Strong Bonds
Our TPU Membrane Fabric is the thickest white hot-melt film in this product series. The nominal thickness is 0.015 mm, while the actual thickness ranges from 0.016 to 0.020 mm. This grade is designed for applications that require extremely strong bonding performance, such as down jackets that must pass 50 wash tests, or industrial products requiring high heat resistance.
This TPU Membrane Fabric features a low-transparency white matte finish. The matte surface of a hot-melt film helps improve air release during lamination. It reduces trapped air, helping to prevent bubble formation. The SC version provides even better air-release performance, making it more suitable for high-speed or high-pressure bonding processes.

Why Choose This Film: Polyurethane Glue for Tough Conditions
Our TPU Membrane Fabric uses polyurethane hot-melt adhesive, which performs exceptionally well under extreme temperature variations. It remains stable from -30°C to 100°C, maintaining strong bonding performance throughout.
It does not become brittle in low temperatures and does not soften excessively under high heat. As a result, garments made with this film will not crack in winter or delaminate in summer. In comparison, conventional EVA hot-melt adhesives cannot achieve this level of stability.
We have an in-house R&D team of 15 specialists who continuously develop and optimize formulations and processes. This hot-melt film is one of their most successful developments. Customers report that its bonding strength is approximately 30% higher than similar products available on the market.
