Our Low Transparency TPU Hot Melt Film comes with a hot-melt adhesive layer. You do not need to add glue yourself. Simply place this film between two pieces of fabric, then apply heat and pressure to bond them together. This saves an entire production step. It also prevents issues caused by uneven glue application, which can lead to bubbles. Many down jacket manufacturers prefer our Low Transparency TPU Hot Melt Film. Down feathers are very lightweight and can be easily contaminated by solvents in liquid adhesives. Our hot-melt film contains no solvents, making it a safer choice.

Using this Low Transparency TPU Hot Melt Film is very straightforward. Cut it to the required size, then place it between two fabric layers. Use a flat press or roller press. Set the temperature to 120–140°C, apply low pressure, and press for 10–15 seconds. That is all.
