Product Overview: Medium Transparency Film for Outdoor Clothing
Our TPU Clear Film is designed specifically for outdoor apparel applications. It features a medium-transparency matte PH finish. Compared with our standard medium-transparency film, this version includes additional weather-resistant additives.
It resists yellowing under sunlight, prevents cracking in low temperatures, and avoids softening under high heat. Outdoor garments are exposed to a wide range of harsh environmental conditions, and this film is engineered to perform reliably in all of them.
This TPU Clear Film also offers excellent breathability. Outdoor jackets made with this material effectively block rain while allowing moisture vapor from sweat to escape, helping the wearer stay dry and comfortable from both the inside and outside.

Why Choose This Film: UV and Low Temperature Resistance
Our TPU Clear Film has a UV resistance rating of level 4–5, which represents a high performance standard. As a result, outdoor garments made with this film will not yellow even after two to three years of sunlight exposure. In contrast, many lower-quality films begin to yellow after just one summer season.
Low-temperature performance is also excellent. The film remains flexible at -30°C, ensuring comfort and mobility in cold environments such as skiing or mountaineering.
In testing, the film was placed in a -30°C environment for 24 hours and then immediately bent. No cracking occurred, and the material remained soft and flexible.
