Product Overview: A Glue Film for Medium Transparency
Our TPU Film Laminate features a built-in hot-melt adhesive layer. You do not need to apply glue separately. Simply place the film between two layers of fabric, apply heat and pressure, and it will bond securely. This process eliminates an entire production step and ensures a more consistent adhesive layer.
It also prevents common issues such as uneven glue distribution, where some areas contain excess adhesive while others have too little. This TPU Film Laminate has a medium-transparency matte PH finish. The level of transparency is well balanced, and the breathability performance is strong, making it suitable for mid-range and high-end outdoor apparel.

Why Choose This Film: Easy Bonding with Precise Temperature
The bonding temperature for our TPU Film Laminate is an important processing factor. The film begins to soften at approximately 120°C. The optimal bonding range is 140–160°C. For flat-bed pressing, we recommend a setting of around 150°C, with a pressure of 2–3 kg/cm² and a pressing time of 5–8 seconds.
For roller press applications, higher efficiency can be achieved by increasing the temperature to around 160°C while adjusting the line speed accordingly.
The adhesive layer thickness is precisely controlled, with a tolerance of less than 0.002 mm. This accuracy is achieved through our self-developed coating equipment. We have modified the coating head in-house to ensure an extremely uniform adhesive layer, resulting in a smooth, mirror-like coating finish.
