Product Overview: Built for Tough Outdoor Conditions
Our Matte Outdoor TPU Film is specifically designed for outdoor applications. Outdoor gear faces much harsher conditions than regular clothing, including wind, rain, snow, and low temperatures. To meet these demands, we use a special weather-resistant formulation. The film remains flexible at temperatures as low as -20°C and resists yellowing even under strong summer sunlight.
This Matte Outdoor TPU Film features a low-transparency matte finish that reduces light reflection. This makes it an excellent choice for hunting apparel and outdoor photography equipment. The SC version offers a smoother hand feel and performs especially well when paired with stretch fabrics.

Why Choose This Film: UV Resistance for Longer Life
Our Matte Outdoor TPU Film also offers excellent UV resistance. Standard TPU films may yellow and become brittle after prolonged exposure to sunlight. To address this issue, we add specialized UV-resistant additives to our formulation. The film achieves a UV resistance level of 4–5, helping outdoor garments maintain their appearance and performance for years.
We have conducted extensive in-house testing. During a continuous 72-hour UV lamp exposure test, the film showed minimal changes in color and mechanical properties.
Our factory currently has an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons. After the completion of our second-phase expansion project, capacity will increase to 20,000 tons per year. This production scale has positioned us among the leading TPU film manufacturers in China.
