Product Overview: A Thick White Bonding Film for Clothes
Our Clear TPU Film is a thick white bonding film designed for clothing applications. The nominal thickness is 0.020 mm, while the actual thickness ranges from 0.016 to 0.020 mm. This film is used as a waterproof and breathable layer for light-colored garments.
A thicker film helps light-colored fabrics appear fuller and enhances the purity of the white appearance. It also prevents the backing fabric color from showing through. This Clear TPU Film features a medium-transparency white matte finish.
It is very easy to use. The operator simply places the film on the fabric, and a hot press completes the bonding process in a single step. No adhesive mixing is required, and no drying time is needed.
