For roll products, unwinding and rewinding must be performed in the specified direction to prevent creases, edge curling, or surface damage. During installation, temperature, humidity, and tension parameters must be strictly controlled in accordance with process requirements to ensure uniform bonding between the film and the substrate, thereby guaranteeing optimal end-use performance.
For storage, low-transparency films should be kept in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive chemical substances. Products should be used on a "first-in, first-out" basis, with regular inspections of packaging and storage conditions. If deformation, aging, or surface irregularities are detected, use should be suspended immediately and a quality assessment conducted to ensure the product continues to meet performance requirements.
