TPU Plastic Sheet

Our TPU Plastic Sheet is white and features a built-in adhesive layer. It differs from standard white film because of this integrated hot-melt adhesive. You do not need to apply glue separately. Simply place the film in the bonding position, apply heat and pressure, and it will adhere.

This process saves an additional production step and helps eliminate issues caused by uneven glue application. This TPU Plastic Sheet has a low-transparency white matte finish. The standard matte version is suitable for most fabrics, while the SC version is designed for high-density and microfiber fabrics. The SC adhesive layer is finer, allowing it to better penetrate the micro-structure of tightly woven textiles.

The adhesive layer does not reduce the waterproof performance of this film. The table below shows the corresponding performance values.

The bonding temperature for our TPU Plastic Sheet is an important factor in processing. The film begins to soften at approximately 110°C. The optimal bonding temperature range is 130–150°C, depending on the equipment used. Flat-bed presses are typically set at around 140°C, while roller presses can operate at approximately 150°C. A low pressure of 2–3 kg/cm² is recommended, with a pressing time of 5–10 seconds, followed by cooling.

Our adhesive layer is highly uniform, with a thickness tolerance of less than 0.002 mm. Customers consistently report that our white color is very pure, without grey or blue tones. The color difference value (ΔE) is less than 1, ensuring excellent color consistency across batches.
