Product Overview: A Thick Hot Melt Film for Strong Bonds
Our Clear Polyurethane Film is a thicker version of our high-transparency hot melt film. The nominal thickness is 0.018 mm, while the actual thickness ranges from 0.016 to 0.020 mm.
This thickness is designed for high-end outdoor clothing that requires strong bonding performance. For example, outdoor jackets that must withstand 50 wash cycles, or ski suits that need to resist heavy rubbing and stretching.
This Clear Polyurethane Film features a high-transparency matte PH finish. It provides strong bonding strength while maintaining the clear and bright appearance required for premium outdoor garments. The breathability performance is also excellent.
