Our Opaque Black TPU Film is the widest film in our product range, with an ultra-wide width of 3230 mm. This size is designed for large-scale industrial applications, allowing a single sheet to cover wide surfaces without splicing or seams. This reduces material waste and improves production efficiency.
The primary function of this film is complete light blocking. It achieves a blackout performance of over 99.99%, ensuring zero light penetration even under strong illumination. The film uses a high-dispersion black masterbatch, which eliminates pinholes and prevents any light leakage points.
Compared with conventional black films, this TPU structure provides more uniform opacity and better long-term stability.

The film is designed with a thickness of 0.013 mm, with an actual range of 0.010–0.012 mm. Despite its thin structure, it offers high mechanical strength and excellent durability.
It features an elongation at break of over 700%, allowing it to withstand strong stretching without tearing. The material maintains stability under repeated folding and bending, with resistance to over 100,000 folding cycles.
Unlike traditional PVC blackout materials, which may develop whitening at fold lines and eventually allow light leakage, this TPU film maintains consistent opacity and surface integrity even after long-term mechanical stress.
